Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Counseling On Cutting-edge EE and Software matters including AI, networking, an machine learning.
- USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
- IP Strategy
Qualifications and Skills
- Degrees Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar degrees. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- 4 years of patent prosecution experience in fields such as electronics, software, AI, storage and memory hardware, cloud technologies and medical devices.
- Superior grades.
- Outstanding writing ability is required.
- Industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible for the USPTO admissions.
Anticipated Base Salary Range
Anticipated base salary range is $180,000-200,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, job related skills and relevant experience.
