Role: - Delivery Agile Program Manager

Location: Houston- onsite 4 days a week- relocation is fine

Interview Process:

*** Publicis is looking for the candidates having experience in large scale Program Management

Skills | Must-Haves:

• * 5-7 years of US based experience
• * experience managing and dealing with global teams
• * in-depth delivery experience required
• * Azure DevOps experience
• * expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile framework)
• * experience with collaboration tools including Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence
• * experience and understanding of digital technologies including Responsive Design for component based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications

Nice to Have Skills:

• * Bachelor's degree
• * Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
• * relevant certifications (i.e. CSM, CPSO, or SAFe)
