From smartphones and tablets to PCs and gaming consoles, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' devices are in top-notch condition and meeting their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices to identify issues accurately.
- Perform repairs on various devices, ensuring all work meets or exceeds Mobile Addiction's quality standards.
- Communicate with customers effectively, explaining technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.
- Provide repair estimates and recommendations to customers, offering suitable solutions to their needs.
- Utilize our point-of-sale system to maintain real-time records of repairs and customer information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Safeguard store inventory and handle devices with care to prevent any damage or loss.
