The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Scheduling daily work with little downtime and updating WIP.
- Assessing service needs of customers and connecting them with resources.
- Ensuring each customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to keep customer base.
- Completing tickets properly and on-time.
- Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries.
- Fostering a safe work environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High quality organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
