Our services range from various on-site services, to labor management services, and exam services. MMC also has services in facilities across the continental United States.


We are actively seeking a Part-time, 1099, or PRN Drug Screen Collector at our Bethel Park, PA location. We are open to discussing the possibility of a Full-Time role for the right candidate.

 

The individual will be responsible for providing field testing services and substance testing collections within a 3-hour drive of Bethel Park, PA. Travel costs are covered by the company. The geographic and operational areas for which this position is responsible will change proportionally with MMC's service coverage. Additionally, the following tasks will be required:


  • Interface directly with the client to ensure the client’s needs are properly met
  • Coordinate with the Field Technician Supervisor to identify all logistical specifics, tasks, and responsibilities associated with each on-site testing service
  • Prepare and pack sufficient supplies to perform each testing and collection event
  • Perform each service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Complete appropriate custody and control forms or other paperwork for each collection or testing service
  • Prepare all specimens for shipping and record shipping information.
  • Return unused supplies to their proper location
  • Complete Testing Sheet to document the entire testing event
  • Submit the completed Testing Sheet to appropriate MMC staff member (Field Technician Supervisor, Program Coordinator, Program Coordinator Assistant)
  • Data entry – inputting test results into our proprietary CRM system
  • Assist with other operations, as needed


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills one-on-one and in small groups
  • Proven ability to follow instructions, complete tasks and communicate with supervisor
  • Excellent written and listening communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and respectful communication with co-workers and clients
  • Basic writing skills as needed to communicate internally and externally.
  • Ability to read and interpret all required documents and complete required documents
  • Proficient with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and using the internet
  • Proficient in using essential office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a background check, urine, and hair drug testing
  • Active driver’s license with clean driving record and active insurance
  • Current ACT 34, 114, and 151 clearance checks or the ability to pass these clearance checks

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of related experience (e.g., Phlebotomy, Urine Drug Screen, BAT, PFT)
  • 1 years experience in Occupational Medicine
  • 1 years experience in urine collection
  • Experience in drug and alcohol testing

 

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Any shift between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; Occasional Saturdays; Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time, 1099, PRN

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
