Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and driven IT professional to lead our IT Operations. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to contribute to various facets of IT services at Mobile Therapy Centers of America, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure seamless IT functionality that aligns with our organizational objectives. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this onsite role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Ensure consistent Infrastructure availability across the company.
- Managing VoIP service
- Routinely audit user accounts
- Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of all Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Leadership to innovate and drive technological advancements within the company.
- Maintain effective communication with the staff regarding ticketing system and endpoint support.
- Assist the Leadership in monitoring and negotiating IT agreements or contracts with vendors.
- Work closely with the IT Applications Supervisor to identify and implement improvements in ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, and other systems.
- Develop and recommend policies and procedures related to IT operations, including documentation standards and instructional materials.
- Oversee the monitoring of systems security, system logs, and help desk services to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in budget development and administration, including cost estimates, justifications, and expenditure monitoring.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, routers, switches, wireless access points, printers, etc.
- Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking in aligning IT initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Work effectively under pressure, paying close attention to detail to ensure the quality and efficiency of IT operations.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Knowledge of VoIP & Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of IP addresses DHCP and DNS.
- Knowledge of Apple & Windows 10-11 ios.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in project management and operational tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
- Knowledge of Central Reach, or similar firewall technologies for network security.
- Familiarity with Aruba, HP, or enterprise-level switches for network infrastructure management.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and cloud migration experience for cloud-based infrastructure management.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics or a related field required.
· CompTIA A preferred.
