CAMFS is currently hiring an experienced Lead Warehouse Operator to join our Team to support the future growth of the Company. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the daily supervision of warehouse operations to assure that company policies and procedures are followed.
• Promote personal and professional growth of department employees through regular communication and continued training.
• Inspect and maintain a safe work environment and clean facility
• Pulling parts and loading trucks
• Managing inventory, including making brake kits.
• Receiving and checking in direct bound freight into our inventory software.
• Ensuring that correct orders are pulled and delivered.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• The ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• A high school diploma or GED preferred with seven (7) years of experience in a logistics/warehouse field or nine (9) years of experience with no education.
• Prior experience in a multi-faceted business experience with an emphasis on inventory management preferred.
• Supervisory experience in an inventory environment highly preferred
• Forklift experience and Certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Dependable, organized and committed.
• Positive attitude, good instincts, and self-motivation
• High energy, a positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic.
• Resourceful and motivated
