Description :
As a Financial Analyst III for Mobis North America, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects, such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. You will also provide analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects, prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. You will identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
Requirements : Responsibilities :
- Analyze and maintain the P / L, cashflow, and balance sheet activity for multiple departments
- Perform rigorous analysis and modeling of complex business issues
- Utilize a variety of internal financial systems to consolidate financial data into well-organized reports for use by internal stakeholders
- Build a network of internal relationships with a broad cross-section of the organization in order to leverage organizational knowledge, resources, and expertise
- Lead the overall assessment of the effectiveness of the control environment across the organization, ensuring there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls
- Drive internal control awareness, knowledge, compliance, and excellence throughout the business to support operational and financial risk mitigation
- Drive robust Management Representation letter process that provides assurance and visibility to a sound internal control environment
- Provide support to team members across the business
- Build relationships with subject matter experts in Finance, Accounting, Audit and Operations to ensure changes to the internal controls over financial reporting properly mitigate risks in an efficient manner.
