Mock Property Services is a leading Landscape DESIGN BUILD, INSTALL & property maintenance and construction solutions, specializing in the transportation and delivery of aggregates and materials to support our clients' projects. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Driver to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable Full-Time Driver to transport various aggregates, such as gravel, sand, and soil, to and from job sites using a dump truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of less than 10,000 lbs. This position does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), making it an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver a dump truck to deliver aggregates to job sites across the local region.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper securing of loads in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and other required documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and job site personnel to coordinate delivery schedules and requirements.
• Operate additional equipment (e.g., skid steers or loaders) as needed, with training provided for candidates willing to learn.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and work area.
• Represent Mock Property Services professionally when interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as dump trucks or other machinery (training provided).
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude, with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing in and out of the truck, and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as project demands require.
