Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Pilates Instructor located in San Antonio, TX. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing individualized physical therapy sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness during workouts, and offering exceptional customer service to clients. The Instructor will also develop and implement lesson plans, track client progress, and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
Qualifications
- Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise skills
- Experience in Physical Therapy and Teaching
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Certification in Pilates or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying fitness levels
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Previous experience working in a health or wellness setting is beneficial
