Modern Energy is a rapidly growing company in the energy efficiency industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and making multiple calls a day to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50 - 100 outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls made and appointments scheduled
- Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions and determining their needs
- Use persuasive communication skills to convince potential clients to meet with our sales team
- Follow up on leads and appointments to ensure they are on schedule and confirmed
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tactics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
