Sales Representative
Location: Pelzer, SC
Compensation: $50,000–$100,000 annually
Base Pay plus Commission & Full Commission options available!
What You’ll Do:
-Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation of their own.
- Candidates MUST have the ability to climb a roof.
- Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations.
- Assist customers in navigating the homeowners insurance claims process to ensure their roof damage is properly evaluated and covered.
- Guide customers through the claims process with confidence.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team goals.
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property.
- Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated and results-driven individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
