Summary
Job Summary:
The clinical research infusion nurse facilitates clinical research activity at Moffitt Cancer Center by performing ongoing assessments, deliver patient education, administering nursing care and protocol-related therapy, monitoring of patients, and documenting care for patients enrolled on clinical trials thereby ensuring protocol compliance. The clinical research infusion nurse is required to have a working knowledge of specific protocol requirements and good clinical practices as set forth by pertinent regulatory agencies. The clinical research infusion nurse will interact with the investigators, primary care providers, Moffitt research staff, mid-levels, and the sponsor.
Job Requirements:
Current FL RN license, with BSN 1 year relevant nursing experience preferably in oncology.
***ASN/diploma 2 years relevant experience may be considered with CNO/designee approval.
