Job Description: Surgery Center Administrator (RN)
- We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital surgical setting with ASC exposure. The Administrator will oversee all operations of the surgery center, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality surgical services that exceed customer expectations while driving clinical and financial success.
- Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Act as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments.
- Report facility activities to the Governing Board regularly.
- Develop and execute plans for facility services and operations.
- Lead discussions and presentations during monthly operations reviews with USPI's Home Office.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and appoint leadership in the Administrator’s absence.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- 2 years of leadership experience in an outpatient surgery or surgical care setting (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Salary : $110,000 - $134,000
