Beverage Server

Position: Beverage Server

Hourly: $11 per hour tips shift differential, if applicable(Potential to earn $17/hr. )

Full-Time

Location: Resort Division

Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide efficient, courteous service.
• Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and product offerings.
• Process monetary transactions with guests following revenue handling policies.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service, monitoring guest intoxication levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Engage guests in conversation and create a memorable experience.
• Report any guest concerns or complaints to immediate supervisor.
• Adhere to all resort and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications & Education:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required if you are 19 years old and under.
• Courteous and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Previous bartender/server experience preferred (minimum 6 months).
• Completion of a Responsible Beverage Server class required.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction) necessary for handling transactions.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be mobile throughout the shift and able to navigate crowded areas.
• Comfortable working in a noisy environment.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and move for entire shift; Constant standing and walking; occasional kneeling, crouching, bending.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for handling and serving drinks.
• Work primarily conducted in a casino setting with varied noise levels.
• Smoke and dust free working environment.
• Must comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Must participate in the pre-employment drug testing program.
• Uniform adherence and attendance at all assigned meetings required.
• Position responsibilities subject to change based on organizational needs.
