Landscape Designer/Project Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Landscape Design Manager to lead residential and commercial design projects from start to finish. This role combines design, estimating, client communication, and job management to bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand project goals and provide estimates
• Create landscape and hardscape design plans tailored to client needs
• Oversee design implementation and guide crews to ensure project accuracy
• Manage timelines, materials, and budgets for each project
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and the team throughout each job
• Handle revisions, problem-solving, and on-site adjustments as needed
• Ensure high-quality results that align with company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in landscape design, estimating, or project management
• Strong understanding of plants, materials, and design layout
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects at once
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus but not required
