We’re currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas who are energetic, friendly, and love making someone’s day with a great cup of coffee and a great attitude.
Job Summary:
As a MOKA Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the action—crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Team Rockstar – Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates. Together, you’ll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!
Qualifications:
- Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous food or beverage experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (including weekends), with the potential for up to 35 hours/week
