What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician position at MolBreeding biotechnology LLC?
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out experimental technical work such as extraction and testing, library construction, quality inspection and other experimental technical work in accordance with experimental standards and operating procedures, and independently undertake production tasks of single process or multiple processes;
2. Fill in the original records of the experiment in a timely and conscientious manner according to the regulations, and be responsible for the quality of their own experimental work;
3. Discover, solve and summarize the problems and experiences in the production process in a timely manner during the experimental operation, and give feedback and report in a timely manner; and to put forward suggestions for improvement of the experiments;
4. Responsible for the use, maintenance and maintenance of instruments and equipment in the group, ensure their normal operation, and make records;
5. Responsible for paying attention to the use of reagent consumables and replenishing them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in molecular biology or related fields;
2. 1-3 years of working experience in DNA extraction, library construction, PCR, and etc.;
3. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
