Discover an exciting trade in LEAN label manufacturing entering and processing permanent custom-made graphic orders for customers around the world like Yeti Coolers, Rubbermaid Commercial, and General Motors to name a few.
To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN Continuous Improvement Culture (It’s fun and simple).
- Must be an outgoing, customer-centric People Person that can communicate effectively with our customers and other TEAM members.
- Have commercially minded, customer service experience, preferably.
- Represents our company with a quality service mindset to create a positive image in the mind of our customers.
- Answers questions and resolve issues with positivity.
- Creates an emotional connection with our customers by understanding and engaging them.
- Anticipates customer needs and effectively influences customer engagement such as additional order details, and application tools, etc.
- Initiates welcome and outreach calls to ensure customer expectations have been exceeded.
- Identifies trends for Customer Service training and continuous education to continually improve customer interaction and satisfaction.
- Collaboratively works with the commercial and marketing teams to deliver world class customer experience while driving new business with existing customers.
