Reporting to the Research & Development Lead , the Research Associate will play a critical role in developing tissue-engineering medical devices. This position involves extensive work in cell culture, molecular biology, bioreactor optimization and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovative research initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated Bachelor's or Master's level tissue engineer, cell biologist, or molecular biologist with a passion for advancing medical technology. If you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments , enjoy problem-solving, and excel at communicating complex data to diverse audiences we encourage you to apply. Your ability to work both independently and in a team setting will be essential in driving research progress.
Key Responsibilities :
- Characterize biomaterial properties and scaffold interactions
- Assist in biocompatibility and mechanical testing
- Perform brightfield and fluorescence microscopy
- Cell culture and cell Line Development
- Perform gene and protein expression analyses (RT-PCR, ELISA, Western blot)
- Contribute to research and development efforts by identifying, suggesting, and managing laboratory supplies and equipment
