Essential Functions:
- Able to arrange and wrap flowers
- Ability to merchandise department to increase sales
- Ability to maintain quality and freshness throughout department
- Assist customers with questions and offer product knowledge
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Desire to constantly grow product knowledge of flowers, plants and other floral merchandise
- Detail-oriented
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening weekend and some holidays
- Local candidates only
- Previous floral experience
- Ability to manage confidentiality with integrity
- Effective written and oral communication with strong attention to details
- Exceptional organization with strong ability to prioritize competing interests
- Strong ability to cooperate and work collaboratively towards solutions in a team environment
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day
- Independent and reliable local travel 50% of the time
$16.80-$21.35 depending on industry experience.
