Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Transfer and stock merchandise from warehouse to retail store.
- Organize and stock shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking as needed.
Product Knowledge:
- Familiarize yourself with hunting and fishing products to assist customers.
- Work closely with sales associates to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stock activities.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stock area.
Customer Service:
- Provide assistance to customers in locating products on the sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- Previous stock or warehouse experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm for hunting and fishing is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
