In the role of Pricing Execution Lead working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team.  The Pricing Execution Lead is responsible for day-to-day management of pricing and price promotion processes, performed by the assigned team of Pricing Execution Specialists.

This position directs workload, monitors accuracy and timeliness of entered pricing data and oversees pricing dispute resolution process within the team. Additionally, it ensures compliance to state and local laws and MillerCoors policies and is responsible for achieving Pricing Execution operational metrics.

In addition, the Pricing Execution Lead is responsible for hiring, onboarding and coaching of Pricing Execution Specialists as well as for development and implementation of best practices within the team.

The Responsibilities:  

• Management of the revenue pool pricing structure, in accordance with Molson Coors pricing methodology
• Directs workload and approves pricing for all new and existing brand packages to ensure timely implementation
• Execution of pricing exception processes such as “supplier hold”,  “reverse/rebill” and recalculation requests
• Oversees dispute management process and ensures resolution
• Evaluates exception based requests, makes recommendations and ensures implementation
• Evaluates and analyzes billing price changes and price promotion requests from distributors and local Molson Coors sales employees. Ensures proper resolution and clear communication to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitors and evaluates Pricing Execution operational metrics for the assigned team, implements corrective actions when needed
• Monitors and ensures compliance to state and local laws and to Molson Coors policies and SOPs
• Management of all pricing communications to the local areas, including distributors

The Other Qualifications:  

• 2-3 years experience, preferably in some aspect of pricing—planning, analysis, execution, application, or reporting—in a CPG company
• Experience successfully working with functional and cross-functional teams preferred. Experience with sales personnel and distributors a plus
• SAP BO reporting a plus
• Team management experience a plus

• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  
• You are serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.   
• Bachelor’s degree required
