Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director at Momentum Drives (Please do not apply if you cannot come to the office in Woburn, MA.) The Sales Director will be responsible for managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and driving business development initiatives. This role is located in Woburn, MA, with flexibility for partially remote work.


Qualifications


  • Hospitality Sales and Business Development skills
  • Sales Operations and Team Management experience
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Experience in ground transportation, logistics or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete understanding of Momentum Drives' products and services.
  • Manage and grow existing book of business
  • Aggressively find, qualify, close and develop new business opportunities.
  • Networking, asking for referrals, trade shows and conferences.
  • Conduct meetings with technology demo’s that clearly demonstrate Momentum Drives' value added proposition.
  • Adhere to proven sales processes including email, LinkedIn messaging and meeting metrics.
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to client relationship management.
  • Achieve revenue goals by connecting with qualified leads and presenting solutions to key prospective accounts.
  • Review account status on a regular basis and implement strategies to address areas of concern and business expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving client issues.
  • Track and report all activity in Insightly (CRM).


 Skills and Requirements:

  • Sales experience in selling business-to-business (B2B) services.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Superior communication skills a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team based, goal driven organization.
  • Experience with sales contact management (CRM)
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10%)


Compensation is a base salary plus generous commission and bonus structure.
