Master Scheduler

Job Summary:
The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating the Production Schedule, schedule attainment, executing inventory strategy, and exceptional On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the master schedule and work cross-functionally to align stakeholders towards execution of the plan; primary point of contact between Production and Customer Service
- Works closely with Purchasing to set and monitor material delivery schedule and adjust as necessary
- Track schedule attainment and escalate with the Production Team Leads as necessary to course correct on a daily/weekly basis
- Lead the Capacity Planning process weekly for the site
- Own the month-end process from the Operations Team perspective (e.g., reconcile and close transactions)
- Execute the site inventory strategy to hit the planned numbers for all categories (RAW/WIP/FG) while supporting the production plan
- Site-level ERP super user for Operational processes
- Responsible for maintaining the Item Master data integrity
- Lead cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) process
- Build rapport and leadership authority cross-functionally even without a direct report relationship; must lead the team towards consensus and execution of the plan
- Performs other related duties, as required

- Manufacturing ERP Planning experience required
- Infor Syteline ERP experience preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience
- APICS Certification (CPSC or CPIM) or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer
- Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs at times
