What We’re Looking For
- Success closing under pressure
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners on their turf, and walking them through our validated sales process from presentation to signed agreement
- Ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale
- Competitive, performance driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Willingness to work evening and weekend – when the real money is made
- Experience in solar or adjacent industries (HVAC, roofing, windows, auto, mortgage, insurance, finance)
