Job Summary
As a Radiology Service Rep at Mon Health, you will ensure that quality care is given to patients and external customers by assisting in front end Imaging Services functions including, but not limited to: procedure scheduling for all imaging which includes pre-registration, insurance verifications, accurate data collection; PACS monitoring for order correctness and report transmissions; development improvement and implementations to improve efficiency and effectiveness for Imaging services.
Responsibilities
Quality/ Accuracy Maintains accountability for accuracy of data collection and entered into systems and demonstrates the ability to maintain a passing accuracy on monthly audits. Understanding Roles and Responsibilities Meets all productivity and quality requirements of the position. Communication Ability to communicate effectively and in cooperation with management/departments within Mon health and outside agencies, other hospitals and professional organizations. Customer Service Establishes and maintains long term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Light WorkFrequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs. 2-3 years of experience in business, office management, patient access, scheduling, or equivalent job duties/responsibilities.
