Monarch Athletic Club is looking for elite Strength & Conditioning Coaches who want to help redefine health and wellness, participate in a collaborative environment, and work with a team of like-minded professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal training services
- Perform new member evaluations
- Attend team meetings
- Assist in the development of our integrative training systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance or related program
- NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certification
- At least 5 years of experience working in personal training and/or collegiate or professional strength & conditioning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Kinesiology related field
- FRC - Certified FRC Mobility Specialist (FRCms) Certification
- Experience with team sports

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
