POSITION: Full-time Groundskeeper
PAY: $15-16 an hour plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses
SCHEDULE: M-W and Friday 7-6PM (4 days 10 hours a day)
GENERAL POSITION DUTIES: Picking up grounds, cleaning pools, taking out trash from each apartment unit during the week, apartment and amenity area cleaning and light landscaping duties.
Responsibilities:
-Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds
-Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean
-Spring and fall cleanup projects
-Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment
-Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
-Assist maintenance staff in make readies
-Valet trash, retrieving trash outside of each unit and disposing at site dumpster
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months related experience
-General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
-Ability to safely operate equipment
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
