Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Lenexa, KS. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 108 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once a month.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks to give you a great work life balance!

What you need:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Building maintenance experience required
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- EPA certification required
- Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs
- Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas
What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone
- Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)
You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
