What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Warmly welcome and assist prospective residents
- Showcase our apartments and create an inviting atmosphere
- Handle applications and lease paperwork with accuracy
- Keep tabs on market trends & contribute to marketing campaigns
- Build lasting relationships with residents and enhance community spirit
What We’re Looking For:
- Leasing experience? Great! No experience? No problem — we train!
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team spirit
- Open to completing online training as needed
