Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide a high-end concierge-style experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient check-in/check-out
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications professionally
- Collect and verify patient information
- Handle payments and basic billing-related tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
- Take and document vital signs
- Possible social media promotion if time allows
- Prior experience in a gynecology or women’s health office strongly preferred
- Experience with Athenahealth is a plus, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a concierge or boutique medical practice setting
Salary : $18 - $22
