Job Overview:

Monark Roofing is seeking a Roofing Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success in sales. This role is focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our clients. If you have exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a passion for providing top-tier service, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their roofing needs.
  • Roofing Inspections: Conduct on-site roof inspections to assess the condition and recommend the best solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to homeowners and businesses, showcasing Monark Roofing’s products and services.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Provide accurate, detailed quotes and proposals based on inspections and client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are completed successfully.
  • Post-Sales Support: Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in any sales role capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to grow your income exponentially over a short period.
  • Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications (But not required):

  • Experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to roofing.
  • Established network of contacts in the roofing or construction industry.
