Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with two primary vendors providing technical support and services for our digital signage systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of digital signage, including media players and content management systems.
- Set up, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV equipment for executive support within corporate offices.
- Ensure strong organization, time management, and excellent customer service to maintain effective project delivery and technical operations.
- Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effective management of expectations.
- Provide technical expertise in designing, managing, and deploying digital signage solutions in corporate, distribution centers, and retail environments.
- Lend expertise in technical support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the corporate offices.
- Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, leveraging advanced technical engineering skills with Digital Signage, AV, and Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
- Maintain a balance of 70/30 focus between digital signage and Microsoft Teams Conference rooms.
- 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, particularly with tech solutions.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Digital Signage technologies.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV systems, with a strong understanding of related OEM technologies.
- Displays strong technical knowledge with a good grasp of the technologies used in digital signage and AV setups.
- Presents professionally and possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency and organization.
- Is proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of thinking on their feet in a dynamic environment.
