A global, multi billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to hire a Head of Operations for the firm’s US office.
Running an expanding US operations / Middle Office function, reporting directly into the global head, the hire will be tasked with further improving / building out the US operations team, infrastructure and the communication lines with front office. This is a highly visible and autonomous role within a high-profile, global firm. It is available as the current incumbent is moving internally into a COO function role.
Candidates must be experienced operations managers / heads of operations, with multi-strategy experience. Candidates must have strong managerial experience. Advanced tech / project management skills are required.
The role is expected to pay up to an $850k TC year one, with upside in the years to follow assuming exceptional individual and fund performance.
Salary : $850,000
