Case Manager Assistant Wanted (Redlands)
Compensation: $18.00-23.00 DOE plus full range of paid benefits after 30 days

Located in Redlands, our firm has been a staple in the financial industry for over 17 years. Presenting effective financial strategies and services that help business and individuals protect their assets, manage risks, plan for their retirements, and more. We are a small firm looking for qualified candidates to join our family. This is a full-time long-term position that provides stability and growth in a friendly working environment. This person will provide experienced administrative and project management support for activities related to client planning needs. This individual will work closely with, and report directly to, a dedicated Case Manager. The Case Manager Assistant will be responsible for providing status on key tasks, in addition to completing necessary action steps related to client projects. Additionally, this individual will work with all internal departments ensuring clear communication, and project completion in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively resolve requests from Case Manager which may include tracking information, gathering data from multiple sources, and creating presentation deliverables.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and client affiliates.
- Work closely with Case Manager to ensure all deliverables are on time, and accurate (client case prep, meeting agendas, notes, action items, etc.).
- Work autonomously and efficiently, while following internal systems and protocols.
- Able to proactively identify, and address potential delays in projects.
- Oversee and manage highly complex projects with time frames ranging from days to months, and ensure accuracy, and completeness in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- Experience using a project based software a plus.
- Computer proficient with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client contact.
- Ability to learn and follow work processes and procedures.
- Superior organizational/multi-tasking/prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledgeable in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work in a busy office environment with tight deadlines.
- Must have a minimum of 3 professional references (Previous supervisors & co-workers).
**Proven working experience in the financial sector is a plus
**Bookkeeping knowledge and experience is a plus
**Loan Processing experience is a plus
