Position: Director, Client Partnerships
The Director, Client Partnerships is accountable for oversight of internal operations and performance to support current clients. The Director supports the VP, Client Partnerships specifically around contractual performance, data and analysis, operational performance and preparation for client meetings. The Director acts with the VP’s authority during internal meetings to ensure operational excellence on behalf of the client.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a strong team player, and has excellent prioritization and time management skills. Working with the assigned client VP, the Director’s main responsibilities include 1) managing contractual requirements to ensure all deliverables and milestones exceed contractual and client expectations; 2) data exchange is accurate and timely; and 3) reporting are timely and correct. The Director partners with the Implementation Team for new client implementations.
Location: Nashville preferred but open to remote
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and review deliverables and reports to ensure timely and quality submission to clients.
- Develop project plan and milestones for new partnerships or program implementations.
- Serve as Project Manager for enhancements and new initiatives for dedicated clients.
- Review Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards for opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Document and maintain current client IT processes and business requirements.
- Function as a key contact and facilitator for defined clients to ensure Monogram is exceeding expectations.
- Ensure CRM is updated and accurate.
- Utilize effective problem-solving skills to overcome both internal and external challenges.
- Partner internally and externally to develop operational workflows to improve clinical performance.
- Internal coordination (e.g. Operations, Market Leadership, IT, Finance and Medical Economics) to ensure systems and processes are established to meet specific contractual requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Phoenix, AZ or Nashville, TN based preferred
- Minimum, Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
- 5 years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience
- 5 years’ experience working for a dialysis organization, value-based provider group, health plan, and/or vendor contracting with health plans delegated for services
- Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills
- Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in high-growth environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license
