The Administrative Assistant works closely with Account Managers to aid in supporting the sales organization. This position is responsible for the production of customer documents, tracking, reporting, and presentations. This position gathers and consolidates data and customer information into a standard format. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role and is responsible for data integrity, proactive and reactive outlet maintenance. Administrative Assistant should be courteous to both customers and co-workers, assertive to convey a confident manner, efficient, knowledgeable, discreet to protect confidential information, and attentive to convey a sense of sincerity and enthusiasm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain constant and open communication with Account Managers and management in handling of assigned accounts to include assisting in resolution of any customer issues.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles for all accounts.
- Ongoing outlet maintenance is required to keep outlet lists efficient with active, purchasing accounts.
- Foster positive relations with customers and co-workers.
- Administrative competence - Fulfill record keeping requirements accurately and on time
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Highly proficient Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving.

Pay Rate: $23.50/hr - $31.10/hr
