Event Assistant
Location: Orlando, FL (On-Site)
Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their Event sales team as an Event Assistant. If you're a recent graduate or looking to shift into a dynamic sales-oriented role, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
As this is an entry-level role, comprehensive training will be provided, though prior experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus. This role is pivotal for the success of pop-up and promotional events, providing essential support to both event planning and on-site sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the events team in the execution of multiple events
- Attend both internal and external events, representing the client's brand
- Actively promote events through social media and digital platforms
- Assist the event manager with logistical planning and administrative tasks
- Participate in creative decisions for event planning and promotional materials
- Provide on-site sales support, including customer service and setting up displays
- Work towards achieving campaign and sales targets
- Ensure timely setup and efficient dismantling of event equipment
- Track and ensure all branded materials arrive at event locations promptly
- Perform additional duties as required by the event manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel
