Duties
- Greet customers and provide vehicle overviews
- Assess needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and financing
- Stay updated on new models and industry trends
- Use CRM and inventory software(DEALERCENTER) - (DEALERTRACK) IS A Plus
- Follow up with leads via phone and email
- Work with finance to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Skills
- Proven sales experience (automotive or retail preferred)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic retail math for financing discussions
- Proficiency with sales and inventory software
- Strong phone communication skills
- Outside sales experience is a plus
