**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive the growth of our agency by building relationships with local health facilities, physician offices, trust advisors, and other referral sources. This role focuses on creating brand awareness and educating the community about our services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (Home Health/Hospice, healthcare facilities, physicians, advisors, etc.).
- Meet weekly face-to-face interaction goals with referral partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings.
- Host company in-services and attend networking events to promote our services.
- Manage account data, call logs, and quarterly sales plans.
- Ensure excellent customer service through timely responses, active listening, and clear communication.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills, including Google and social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1 years of sales/marketing experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Established relationships in the senior care market.
- Background in healthcare (not required).
