The Financial Analyst supports the Revenue Cycle Operations through accurate valuation of audited accounts and reports Net Revenue impact. Determines accurate payment methodologies, validates payment variances and assures correct and accurate reimbursement for all accounts reviewed. Prepares weekly/monthly analysis and reports. The Financial Analyst is also responsible, accurate and timely charge posting activities. Supports assigned auditors by providing guidance related to specific insurance reimbursement methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3 years of work experience within Finance required
• Epic training required - Epic certification preferred
• CPC certification preferred
• Knowledge of billing and billing software (Eagle and Epic) required
• Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner is required
