Job Duties:
- Senior Techno Analyst with experience in OTBI reports in Oracle HCM.
- This is not a configuration role, but will require experience in coding to create reports.
- Looking for hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management and Benefits
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud OTL & Payroll Modules and all Techno Functional components of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL & Benefits along with Core HR
- Candidates should also have experience in working with Fast Formula, HCM extracts and BI reports.
- Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI.
- End-End accountability and ownership of projects deliverables
