Position Overview: The Service Business Development Associate position will allow you to interact with hundreds of guests to help guide and assist them with their service needs. This will be through the Internet, a phone call, an email, or text message! You will be responsible for providing excellent service while scheduling service appointments and following up with guests to ensure they had a wonderful experience! Top notch phone skills, above average service, the ability to multi-task in various computer systems to ensure accuracy for our guests, exceptional spelling, grammar, and punctuation are just a few of the qualities we are looking for.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
· Schedule service appointments for guests via phone and internet request
· Confirm the guest’s service appointment
· Communicate with guests on special part orders
· Assist guests with any service or maintenance concerns
· Maintain accurate customer records via various computer systems
· Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction
What are the requirements for this job?
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Ability to multitask with accuracy
· Ability to type 35 plus words per minute
· Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
· Organization and follow-up skills
· Experience and desire to work with technology
· Must be able to work anytime between the hours of 7am and 6 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays
