Montgomery County Health Department, Division of Elder Services, is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator.
The successful candidate must possess an RN or BSN license, a BA or a BS in social work or related field and one year work related experience, or be an LPN with two years work related experience.
This position offers a 35 hour work week with 13 paid holidays; 10 day paid vacation, 12 sick days, and 2 personal days. Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage is available.
