Malvern Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers 24 hours per week, primarily on weekdays, with occasional Saturday rotations shared among staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct phone triage and respond to patient inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Prioritize tasks to maintain smooth patient flow and assist in quality metric reporting.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
Adaptability to new situations and a proactive approach in addressing patient needs.
Maintain composure and provide outstanding service in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
Valid Medical Assistant Certification, LPN, or RN Iowa license.
Clinic experience preferred, with a focus on exceptional nursing and customer service skills.
Proficiency in multitasking and independent functioning.
Pleasant speaking voice, approachable demeanor, and ability to keep calm under pressure.
