Overview:
Monticello Auto Service is looking for an General Service Technician. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who has little to no experience who wants to learn the automotive mechanic trade.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Clean other areas of the shop including: customer lounge, shop floors, shop garbage, etc...
- Perform quality control inspections
- Perform mini cleans
- Shuttle customers back home
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess some of the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with customers or team members
- Interest in automotive repair industry
Requirement:
-MUST have valid drivers License
-MUST be 18 years of age or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
