What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift - Kitchen Shift Leader position at Montrose?
The Night Time Shift Leader position is an entry level leadership position. This individual has ownership of daily operations of a specific shift in the Back of House. They are responsible for assisting in running shifts and focuses on following procedures in order to ensure operational excellence.
Required Experience : One year of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
Pay : $12
Time : 30-40 hours a week (shifts could start as early as 2 PM and end as late as midnight)
Responsibilities :
Team and Customer Focus on Shifts
Restaurant Policy Communication (Reinforcing critical components of handbook)
Closing Procedures and Checklists
Enforce the Goals and responsibilities to the right Levels of Leadership
Team Leads – CEM, Customer Experience
Directors – CEM, Customer Experience, ROE, Food and Labor Cost
