We’re working with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to find an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their Senior Executive. This role combines high-level executive support with personal assistance, offering a unique opportunity to become an indispensable partner to a visionary leader.
About the Role:
You will act as a trusted right hand to executive, balancing a variety of professional and personal responsibilities with grace, discretion, and unmatched organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, intuitive, and deeply reliable, with a strong sense of boundaries and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritizing meetings and ensuring the President is well-prepared.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reports.
- Serve as liaison between the President and staff, board members, and external partners.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, correspondence, and follow-up items.
- Track high-priority projects and ensure timely execution across the leadership team.
- Assist with personal calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Manage household-related vendors and service providers as needed.
- Handle occasional errands, gifting, reservations, and event coordination.
- Support with family scheduling or coordination if applicable.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in managing both personal and professional spheres.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive in both professional and personal capacities.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong tech fluency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; experience with travel and expense tools a plus).
- Based in the Boston area and comfortable with full-time on-site work and occasional flexibility after hours.
- A background or interest in the nonprofit sector is appreciated.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
