Monumental Markets is seeking a Customer Development Manager. Reporting to the Director of Customer Development, the Customer Development Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our market and pantry clients. This role is ultimately responsible for the client account's health to include ensuring client needs are met, conducting regular touchpoints and identifying areas of opportunity for additional business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at our customer sites
- Respond to customer inquiries timely
- Grow the business by identifying new opportunities through business reviews with clients
- Restructure current business deals to drive account profitability
- Maintain account records in CRM
- Input work orders to satisfy customers' needs
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure our customer's issues are resolved and the customer has a positive experience
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in sales or customer development
- 1 years' CRM system experience, Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
